Looking for players!

We’re putting together the Irish panel for the PGETC this year: http://pandanet-igs.com/communities/euroteamchamps

It starts in late September. We’ll be in league D along with Slovenia, Iceland, Cyprus, Greece, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Portugal, and newcomer Morocco.

It will involve 8 fixtures at the rate of roughly one a month, and the strongest available players from the panel play each match; there’s no need to play all of them.

Last year’s panel: http://pandanet-igs.com/communities/euroteamchamps/teams/11/IRL

We have 5 players so far, and ideally we’d have 12 on the panel.

If you can join in, head over to https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/irish-go

Cork Meetings

Meetings in Cork should resume next week. However, it looks like they will be moving to Monday nights (not Sundays, as earlier this year). Time and place to be confirmed. ** Update: Monday 28th 19:00 @ Mr Bradley’s **

Cobh meetings have been somewhat fluid over the summer, with Thursday nights occasionally shifting to Friday or Saturday. Tuesdays are hit and miss, as always.
